Windows 11 introduced “Suggested Actions”. When you copy a date, time, or phone number, you will get this little pop up asking if you want to “Create event” or “Call number”.
While this can be helpful, it can also be slightly annoying and get in the way. Fortunately, there is a simple way to turn it off. Hit the little down arrow, then click “Go to clipboard settings”
Once in the System settings, turn “Suggested actions” off.
This error can show up on Windows if you have already copied a file with the same name. To fix the issue, just copy it to a file with a different name. Change cap.pcap to cap1.pcap and so forth as needed.

It looks like the Windows Defender Real-time protection can cause issues when trying to copy files on a local drive even if the drive is an SSD. Typically a copy seems to start out great, but then slows down to a crawl less then 1MB/s copy rate. Probably has to do with Defender having to scan every file as it is copied.
To fix/increase the copy speeds you can turn off Real-time protection.
To turn off Windows Defender Real-time protection, open up Settings > Update and Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection “That should open up the Windows Defender Security Center” > Virus & threat protection settings
Now Turn Real-time protection off.
This command searches the directories in the current directory and copies the text files into the TEXT directory.
